Paper Cup, a new roaster and café in Valencia
The coffee was roasted by Paper Cup Coffee, an up-and-coming roaster based in Valencia, Spain.
Paper Cup is one of the newer ones, a roaster and a café in the same place. There is more specialty coffee in Valencia every year.
The coffee is a Lavado Guatemala, grown in the southern highlands of Guatemala. It is a washed 100% Arabica and the notes are milk chocolate, caramel and berries. It is a very clean and sweet coffee, and it works both as a V60 pour over and as an espresso.
They also make a horchata latte, espresso with horchata and cinnamon. That is the one I remember from the visit, more than the Guatemala.
